This, this I like. Although I do miss the days when the 'entry' trucks (not light) weren't all HUGE.

I will admit, it's much bigger than I woulda liked. But at this point, I'll take any size shrinkage I can get.

I'm pretty sure this is bigger than the equivalent 1500, ram, or f-150 from just 10 years ago. It just makes me sad. :/

Bet this 'small truck' could fit two V8s side by side in here...

Most likely same size. At the auto show it looked to be sized about the same as the last round body Rams and Chevys.

Then they should make an SS version with an LS7 :D

The external appearance of the RAM 1500 hasn't changed all that much in the last 10 years. It got a taller, gaudier front end but it's otherwise very similar in appearance and size.

that's true, it went big right after the turn of the century, the other ones went around the 2003-5 years.

What's ironic is that the RAM 1500 is actually ultimately smaller now. We've got a 2003 RAM 1500 with the crew cab and eight foot bed. That's not something you can get anymore, as you are relegated to the 6.4 foot bed if you go with any of the four-door cabs.
